history of desmoid fibromatosis abutting the ribs s/p right breast implant removal, capsulectomy, resection of chest wall tumor, chest wall reconstruction w/ right pectoralis major muscle flap and replacement of the right breast implant

 

Soft tissue thickening interposed within the right pectoralis muscles
along the medial aspect of the right breast implant, compatible with
biopsy-proven desmoid tumor.
