    Peribronchial and Perivascular Distribution: Infiltrates around bronchovascular bundles.
    Ground-Glass Opacities (GGOs): Areas of partial airspace filling.
    Patchy Involvement: Patchy rather than lobar consolidation.

    Segmental or Multifocal Involvement: Involvement of multiple lung segments or multifocal areas
    Pleural Effusion: Less common but can occur, especially in severe cases.
