Angiomyolipoma of the Kidney Pre and Post Contrast
72-year-old female presents with abdominal pain. A 1.1cms low density lesion is noted on the non-contrast CT (a, magnified in b) and it measures -65.8HU and is consistent with an angiomyolipoma with dominant lipomatous elements. The lesion enhances with contrast and measures -24.8 HU in the late corticomedullary phase. The normal kidney measures 31.1 HU before contrast and 133HU after contrast
