    • acute occlusion of the distal LCx, and a DES was deployed
  • Hx
    • tobacco use disorder, alcohol use (4 beers daily),
    • CAD s/p PCI 10 years ago

Acute CHF post MI Frontal CXR at the time of admission following an acute myocardial infarction and cardiac arrest, shows acute severe CHF characterized by central batwing appearance with air bronchograms in the right upper lobe indicating alveolar edema.
