After matriculating in ?69 I went on to do a secretarial course and worked for insurance brokers.

Married Lionel Phillips in 1973.  Lived in Berea for 3 years and then moved to Glenhazel.  Made Aliya in 1984 with our two daughters aged 7 and 6. We settled in Ra?anana. We are fortunate in having my Mom and my brother Bernard and his wife and family all living here.

Our daughters, Daniela Munitz and Gila Ben-Yakov are both married and each has a son aged 2 and 1 respectively.  They both attended Yeshiva College before making Aliya.  After matriculating in Israel they served in the Israel Defence Forces and then furthered their studies.  Daniela married an ex South African and lives in Sydney, whilst Gila married an Israeli and lives in Israel.

I have worked with Lionel in the fitness and health business since our Aliya.

People I still see from school days:  I?ve been playing tennis with Debbie Jaffe (nee Liebgott) once a week for over twenty years.  Through her, I occasionally see Debbie Kampel (nee Morgenstern) and Hazel (nee Glazer).  I also see Shulamith Schwarz (nee Nudelman) as well as Woody Davidow ? we are members of the same Shul.  I was close friends with Leora Klotz z?l (nee Friedstein) and am still close friends with Sandra Ellis (nee Blom).  I was friendly with our matric Home Economics teacher, Ruth Polatinsky (nee Plehn) z?l.  She was only a few years older than us. She and her family made Aliya before us and welcomed us when we arrived.
