NORMAL DENSITY OF THE SPLEEN AND INCREASED DENSITY OF THE LIVER DUE TO AMIODARONE ACCUMULATION
Note the normal density of the spleen in relation to increased density of the liver in this patient with accumulated Amiodarone in the reticuloendothelial system of the liver. The patient has known congestive failure tricuspid regurgitation and atrial fibrillation.
